Digital delivery only
Every plan on this site is digital content. Nothing is shipped physically and there is no courier or delivery charge. What you buy is access to a business plan for an idea — as on-site content and, where the plan includes them, downloadable files (PDF or Excel).
How delivery works
- You choose a plan on an idea's page (Basic Detail, Plan 1, Plan 2 or Plan 3, or another plan the idea offers) and pay through Razorpay.
- Your payment is confirmed and the purchase is recorded against your account.
- The plan appears in My Purchases when you are logged in. Its on-site content is shown there, and any PDF or Excel files attached to the plan become available to download from the same place. Download links are also shown on the payment-success screen.
Ready-made plans become available as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Which content you can open
You can open the plan you bought. Higher plans build on lower ones for the same idea — for example, buying Plan 2 also gives you access to the Plan 1 content of that idea. Purchases apply to the idea you bought them for. Free plans need no payment.
Personalised plans
Some ideas offer a personalised plan. After payment you fill in a short requirements form, and the plan appears in My Purchases once it has been prepared. My Purchases shows its status in the meantime (for example "Requirements Pending" or "Being Prepared"). We do not publish a fixed preparation time on this site — contact us if you would like an update.
If you cannot see your plan
Log in with the account you used to buy, open My Purchases and refresh the page. If your plan or its files still do not appear, email us (see our Contact page) with your payment ID and the idea code. Your rights if a plan is not delivered are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
