Who we are
This website (ideaspulse.in) is operated by Sona Agrawal, with Manish Agrawal as Manager. By using this site — browsing ideas, chatting with our AI assistant (on the website or on WhatsApp), creating an account, or purchasing a plan — you agree to these terms.
What we sell
We offer researched business idea summaries (free to read) and paid digital business plans for each idea. The paid plans are:
- Basic Detail — a short breakdown of the idea. It is free for some ideas and a paid entry-level plan for others; the price (or "Free") is always shown on the idea's page.
- Plan 1 — a 30-day starting plan (a step-by-step roadmap for your first month).
- Plan 2 — a 90-day growth plan; it builds on Plan 1.
- Plan 3 — a 1-year complete plan; it builds on Plans 1 and 2.
Some ideas may offer additional or personalised plans, which are described on the idea's page. All plans are digital content: after payment they appear in your account under My Purchases, as on-site content and, where the plan includes them, downloadable files (PDF or Excel). Nothing is shipped physically — see Delivery Information. The 30 / 90 / 365-day figures describe the length of the roadmap in the plan; they are not a support or service period. Prices for each idea and plan are shown on the site and may change at any time without prior notice; the price you pay is the one shown at the time of your purchase.
Educational content, not professional advice
All content on this site — including capital, team-size, and profit estimates, and any detailed business plan you purchase — is a research-based educational resource. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and is not a guarantee of income or business success. Actual results depend on your own execution, local market conditions, competition, and factors outside our control.
Accounts
You can browse for free, and you can create an account with your email and a password or by continuing with Google. A paid purchase is made from your account so that your plans appear in My Purchases. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We use your account to show your order history and, if you opt in, to notify you about new plans.
The AI assistant
Our chat assistant (on the website and on WhatsApp) is an AI system that can help you explore ideas and make recommendations, but it may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. It does not have authority to change prices, offer refunds, or make commitments on our behalf beyond what's stated in these terms.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that securely. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations, refunds and what happens if something goes wrong with a payment.
Intellectual property
All content — idea descriptions, business plans, and site design — is owned by ideaspulse.in / Sona Agrawal. Purchasing a plan gives you a personal-use licence to read and use it for your own business planning; it does not give you the right to resell, redistribute, or publish it.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- resell, share, redistribute, publish or otherwise make available any purchased plan, file or paid content, or share your account so that others can access it;
- copy or collect content from the site in bulk (for example with automated tools), or try to get around payment or access controls;
- try to make the AI assistant reveal paid or protected content, or misuse it for purposes unrelated to the ideas and plans on this site;
- post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in comments, or use the site in a way that harms other users or the service;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account, and remove access to content, if these terms are broken — in particular the prohibited-use rules above. You may stop using the site at any time and can ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy). Ending an account does not change any refund rights described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the intellectual-property and liability terms continue to apply.
Limitation of liability
We provide this content "as is." We are not liable for any business losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the ideas or plans on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
